Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to join our Front of House team. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Implementing and maintaining the guest response system to effectively deal with guest feedback
  • Deal with customer enquiries as appropriate
  • Implement and enforce a system of Quality Service Recovery for the difference services provided by Guest Relations 
  • Review and implement action plans following the results of Guest Satisfaction tools i.e. Guest Response and Feedback from guest
  • Update, monitor and communicate all SOPS related to Customer Service and Guest Care to the Concierge and Night Porter teams

Demi Chef de Partie

You will be responsible for supervising a designated aspect of the kitchen operation and work as directed by the Chef De Partie to maintain the required standard of food production and presentation in their area of kitchen.   

 

You will receive allocated work from the Executive Head Chef and produce all menu items in strict accordance with standards laid down. You will be responsible for the efficient running of your section and will be required to clean all areas of responsibility at the end of each shift and ensure all food is stored to conform with current and company hygiene regulations. You will work to ensure junior staff etc under your supervision are properly instructed and trained and are able to work to the required standard.
